please do not bring extra guest, children, or friends to appointment due limited space. We have the right to refuse services to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.

Clients are not obligated to come with their hair wash. Shampoo and Conditioning are provide for $40. If you do come with your hair wash, make sure that it free from products, gel or leave in conditioners.

A $35 deposit is required to secure your appointment, and it goes toward your total amount. Clients will pay their full total amount after their service. We accept payment method by card or Zele only. Card payments are preferred.

Clients have 48 hours to reschedule and cancel their appointment. Failure to do so will result in your refund not being refundable. We cannot offer refunds due to clients we turn away ensuring your appointment is held. please be aware that prior to prepare your appointment, careful timing and preparation is needed to prepare the braiding hair to deliver the best service, therefore we reserve the right to retain the full deposit fee if you fail to do so.

After receiving each client booking information, I will follow up by text message to confirm your appointment, so please make sure that all of your information's are accurate.

Braiding hair colors: 1,4,27,30,613, and Blue.

Kinky Twist Hair Colors: 1, and 30.

Havanah Twist Hair Colors: 1, and 4.

Passion Twist Hai Color: 1/bug, 4, and 27.

Micro Braids Hair Color: 1 bug.

Crochet Twist Hair Color: 1B.

Crochet Box Braids Hair Color: 1, 1/33, 1B/30, 

Tropical Curls Crochet Hair: 27

Human Deep Bulk Colors: 1, 4, and 613. $45 for each bundle.
